​How Do I Place An Order?

 

Fill your basket with all the goodies you would like. Go to your shopping basket and check out through Paypal. You don't need a Paypal account to pay through Paypal, you can pay as normal with a credit or debit card. If you would rather pay by direct bank transfer just let me know and I can arrange that for you.

 

Postage

 

Items will be posted in 1-5 working days of payment being received. I normally post items within 24 hours of purchase, so generally you will receive your order very quickly.

 

UK postage is a flat rate of £1, however many items you order. As standard I post UK orders via Royal Mail first class post. Orders will be delivered 1-2 working days after posting.

 

International orders cost a flat postage rate of £4, however much you order. As standard I post international orders via Airmail which aims to deliver in 7-14 days. You can upgrade your postage when you check out to International Tracked and Traced, which aims to deliver in 4 working days.

Returns & Refunds

 

All my work is 100% guaranteed, firstly because I work hard on my pieces to make sure you get great quality so problems are very very rare, but also because (and my husband might fall off his chair in shock at this) I don't get it right every time. Never be afraid to contact me if something isn't right, I'll take it back and fix it for free or replace it, it's all part of the service.

It matters very much to me that my customers are happy. If you have any problem at all with your purchase contact me and I will do everything I can to sort it out for you. I will send you a replacement or refund if the product has arrived faulty or if the wrong item is sent to you. Although this is extremely unlikely, mistakes do happen.

If you change your mind for any reason at all and decide you do not want an item you have ordered, just let me know within 2 weeks of receiving the item then post it back and I will refund your money in full, I ask only that you pay the return postage. If your order has been custom made and you change your mind I'm afraid I can't always take returns, please contact me and we can work out the best option together.
