I designed and made this myself, a 10cm sinamay base has been covered with peach coloured rice peals. It's my take in a vintage pillar box hat.

The fascinator base is cream and measures 10cm wide. It has been fitted underneath with an 8cm silver plated comb to keep it nice and secure in the hair. All the pearls have been woven on with silverwire, no glue so incredibly secure.

There are so many pearls on here that it is a little bit heavy. The comb should hold it securely but if you would like a bit more security I can add a tiara band (which can then be hidden under your hair).
