I designed and made this myself, a bright red teardrop sinamay base covered with ivory peals and scattered with red crystals. 

The fascinator base is cream and measures 10cm wide. It has been fitted underneath with an 8cm silver plated comb to keep it nice and secure in the hair. All the pearls have been woven on with silverwire, no glue so incredibly secure.
