It matters very much to me that my customers are happy. If you have any problem at all with your purchase contact me and I will do everything I can to sort it out for you. I will send you a replacement or refund if the product has arrived faulty or if the wrong item is sent to you. Although this is extremely unlikely, mistakes do happen.

If you change your mind for any reason at all and decide you do not want an item you have ordered, just let me know within a week of receiving the item then post it back and I will refund your money in full, I ask only that you pay the return postage.
