I hand tie these myself from large round freshwater pearls to form a perfect sphere.

The sphere measures 2.5cm in diameter and is made from 6-7mm freshwater round ivory pearls. It comes on an 18" silver or gold plated curb chain, or you can remove the cluster from the chain it comes with and put it on your own chain if you would prefer.
